Kammak Sauna Gus is a structured, full-body reset rooted in Nordic sauna tradition. Each session consists of three steam rounds of approximately 12 minutes, where essential oils are poured over hot stones to intensify heat and deepen the sensory experience.

Between rounds, guests step outside to cool down in the cold plunge or outdoor shower. The alternation between heat and cold activates circulation, supports recovery, and creates a powerful shift in mental state.

Sessions are limited to seven participants and guided throughout by a certified gus master who manages temperature, pacing, and flow.

• Duration: 75 minutes
• Location: Next to Kunguak Café, Qaqortoq
• Arrive: 10 minutes before start
• Bring: Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry with) and swimwear
• Minimum age: 16 years
• No alcohol before the session
• No mobile phones inside the sauna
• Drinking water is available outside

Late arrivals must wait for the next round to enter. If you need to step out early due to heat, you may re-enter at the next round.
Cancellations are fully refundable up until the time of the event.
